Website Purchases Terms and Conditions

The following policy statement represents Nabbie’s Trading Company Limited’s (NTC Ltd) regarding online purchases. TERMS:
1.  Online Purchases will not be granted credit and will be subjected to a standard shipping fee of $30.00TTD within Trinidad and Tobago if not being picked-up.
2. NTC Ltd will accept payment via credit card for online purchases.
3. Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) is permitted. However, if payment is not remitted upon delivery, the order will be immediately returned to NTC Ltd and the shipping fee remains valid at the customer’s expense.
4. All orders presented to NTC Ltd will have terms as stipulated on the applicable order unless otherwise specified by prior agreement.
5. Online orders require a minimum of 48hours to process depending on the location the order must be delivered to.

INVOICE ERRORS OR DISCREPANCIES:
1. If for any reason, there is an uncertainty in the costing listed in an invoice, the customer must contact NTC Ltd within 24hours of delivery. NTC Ltd will investigate and resolve, with utmost urgency, where applicable.
2. Withholding of any payment for C.O.D orders will be viewed as violation of the terms and conditions. If part of an invoice requires investigating, it is recommended that the difference in the invoice be paid when the order is delivered.
3.Items of personal use will not be subjected to a return or exchange. Products that have been tampered with in any form or matter, or the seal broken/product soiled, will also not be subjected to a return or exchange. We highly urge all customers to verify the products purchased when they are delivered and/or before the delivery personnel leaves. Any item that is to be returned must be communicated to the NTC Ltd immediately upon delivery together with the invoice.”

CUSTOMER PICK-UP:
1. Customers should allow NTC Ltd at least 48hrs to complete an order for pick-up.
2. Once the order is ready for pick—up and the customer is contacted of same, there is a 48hrs window to collect the order. However, the customer can also indicate when they wish to pick-up the order. If the order is not collected and proper notification not provided to NTC Ltd by the customer, there is the risk that the order may be shipped to the customer at the customer’s expense.

PRICING:
1. Prices quoted are in TT dollars (TTD)
2. All prices quoted are VAT exclusive and will be subjected to VAT charges unless otherwise expressly stated.
3. Because of the constantly changing market conditions, prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Online purchases do not have warranties attached to them unless otherwise expressly communicated by NTC Ltd. in regards to certain products.
5. No cash refunds will be performed on available products.  Once the product is returned in its original bought condition together with the bill, it will be replaced. In the event you do not want to replace the product, your account will be given a credit accordingly. Very few exceptions apply however only at Management’s disposal.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:
1. There may be instances whereby after placing an order online, an item may go out of stock. In such cases, your invoice will be adjusted upon fulfilling the order and will reflect such.
2. NTC Ltd will attempt to update all out-of-stock products on the website as soon as the item becomes unavailable. However, in the event an order is placed before this is done, and if the order is for that specific product only, the order will not be fulfilled and the customer will be contacted. If payment for the product was already made online, the necessary steps will be taken to void that invoice and have the payment returned to the customer.

MISCELLANEOUS:
1. To view our prices and/or place an order, you are required to create an account (if you do not have one) or simply login if you already have an account.
